Installing
- Run CombatantsOfCreationClosedAlphaSetup.exe.
- Windows SmartScreen may say it protected your PC. The pre-alpha launcher is not yet code-signed. Select More info, then Run anyway.
- Setup installs to your user folder and adds Start menu and desktop shortcuts. No administrator rights needed.
- Log in with your account. The launcher downloads the game and keeps it up to date.

When you create an account we store your username and a salted hash of your password (never the password itself). Our servers log the IP address of account requests so we can rate-limit and block abuse; those logs rotate out automatically. We do not ask for your email, use cookies, run analytics or trackers, or load anything from third parties on this site.
